Through the contact form we may collect: name, company, email address and message, as well as minimal technical data related to the submission.

This website does not use profiling cookies or third-party analytics tools.

Data are processed solely to respond to contact or consultation requests sent via the form or by email.

The legal basis is taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract and/or the legitimate interest in managing professional communications (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Data are processed with appropriate electronic tools and accessed only by persons authorized to handle requests.

The website is hosted on Vercel Inc., which may process minimal technical data (such as IP address, access logs and request metadata) as needed to provide and secure the hosting and CDN service.

Contact form submissions are handled via Formspark (submit-form.com), operated by Trampoline Software SRL (Belgium), acting as a processor on behalf of the Controller to the extent necessary to provide the service.

Data collected through Formspark are stored primarily in Ireland, within the European Union, on cloud infrastructure provided by third-party partners (including AWS) used by Formspark for networking, storage and databases.

Because Formspark’s operating company is based in Belgium and form data servers are located in Ireland, processing is carried out in line with the GDPR. Form data remain the exclusive property of the form owner and can be exported at any time from the Formspark dashboard (for example as CSV or JSON).

Data are retained for as long as needed to handle the request and, in any case, no longer than 24 months from the last meaningful contact, unless a different legal obligation applies.

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
